You know, as a seller, I've read a lot of bad reviews about eCrater and I have no knowledge about this site except as a seller. The site is just a platform for individuals, like myself, to sell their wares. Some are honest, like me, and some are just shysters. It's really a sad state of affairs when people are dishonest online because there is no way to get retribution. eCrater can't do anything, because like I said, they are just a place where people can sell their stuff.
What I can say is that I am honest and if you order from me you will get what was advertised. It will be wrapped well and mailed within 2 days. I can't control what happens to that product after it leaves my hands at the post office. Items are not treated carefully by mail personnel anymore so in actuality we are lucky to get anything entact anymore. I contact a buyer once I see from tracking that it has been delivered. And, yes, I'm sorry if you're not happy with the product you received or if it was damaged on the way but what with prices the way the are, I can't afford to pay for the return shipping so that is up to the buyer. And yes, the return shipping in some cases is more than the product cost. Again, sorry.
I'm a little old (80) great grandmother just trying to stay busy and have a little side line business online where I don't have to leave the house. I can only hope your buying experiences on eCrater are good ones and if you purchase from me it should be.
